A Full Time Training Program works in depth with each individual athlete. Beginning with helping the athlete find themselves and then their purpose or drive within the mountain biking, together the athlete and I embark on an exciting journey through life inside and outside of the sport. Inspiration, motivation, support, guidance are all there for the rider as they navigate adversity and learn to develop resilience and build momentum to take on the world.
Once we’ve established a stable psychological base then we dive into the specific physical demands the athlete and their discipline has. Throughout this training process the focus on the rider comes first and results second. The program is built to balance Physical Development, Mental Development, Social Development & Skill Learning in a way that encourages for life long participation in Mountain biking.
